- Payment is processed securely through Paddle, Stripe, or PayPal
- Digital delivery is instant upon successful payment
- Products are delivered as downloadable files (Markdown and PDF formats)
- Prices may change at any time without notice; existing purchases are not affected
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
4. License and Usage
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own personal or business purposes. You may:
- Use the prompts for personal and commercial projects

You may NOT:

All Products, content, and materials on PromptVault are the intellectual property of PromptVault and are protected by copyright law. The purchase of a Product grants a usage license, not ownership of the intellectual property.
6. Disclaimer
PromptVault products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our prompts. AI outputs vary based on the AI model used, your inputs, and other factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PromptVault be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service or Products.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
