How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to nova.yh0419@gmail.com with your order number or the email address used for purchase.
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Each customer is eligible for one refund per product.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Paddle, Stripe, or PayPal).
After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the refunded product will be revoked. You are expected to delete any downloaded copies of the product.
